How does the free trial work?

When you sign up, you’ll instantly get access to the Enterprise plan for free for 14 days; no obligation and no credit card required. You can invite all of your colleagues to your trial as well. After 14 days you'll have the option to sign-up to a paid plan or be automatically switched over to the free plan.

How often will I be charged?

After the free period has concluded, if you choose to subscribe to a paid plan, we'll charge you that day for your active users for one billing period (month or year), in advance. From then on you'll be charged or credited whenever a user is added or archived, calculated on a pro-rated basis. For invoices generated via a P/O, this works in a slightly different way, with invoices being issues at the end of each month; contact us for details if this billing method applies to you. Check Terms of Service for billing methodology.

What if I'm a not-for-profit or community organisation?

The Maintainly Social Impact Program covers both not-for-profit as well as for-profit organisations that have a significant community impact that aligns with Maintainly's core values. This includes heavily reduced plans (or free, depending on status).. Get in touch and we can provide more details. Please have your government-issued proof of status available.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time, including both the core plan and any add-ons.

Do you offer discounts?

We do. Discounts kick in once you reach 100 paid users. Also, for some emerging markets we offer alternate subscription plans; get in touch and let us know where you're located & we'll go from there. If you do great things for the community, you may also quality under our Maintainly Social Impact Program.

What payment methods do you offer?

Credit card or PayPal payments will get you the best deal. But if your company would like us to accept a purchase order, or accept any form of offline payment, then please contact us.

Any contracts or commitments?

No. The trial period is free and after that you can cancel at any time. If you cancel before the end of a billing period you'll retain full access until that billing period is over. All usage, falls under our current Terms of Service.

Why was I charged by Paddle?

Paddle is our credit card processing partner. If you are paying by credit card, you will be purchasing your subscription directly from Paddle; that's why you'll see Paddle listed on your credit card statement. For details on how payments are processed, check our current Terms of Service.
